Colorado football to host elite 4-star wide receiver for spring game
· Yahoo Sports
Colorado football is back on the field this week with two weeks left of spring camp, but the job on the recruiting trail does not stop. With the spring game coming on April 11, many recruits will use that day to visit Boulder. One of the known visits for that day is four-star wide receiver Kahlil Taylor, a former Penn State commit.

247Sports Composite ranks the Gisbonia, Pennsylvania native as the No. 13 wide receiver in the country and the No. 70 overall prospect in the 2027 class. According to Sam Spiegelman of Rivals, Nebraska, Georgia and Ohio State are the clear frontrunners. Still, Colorado, along with Indiana and Penn State, is a major factor per Spiegelman.
Taylor will be in Colorado on April 11, but will also visit Georgia (March 28) and Indiana this spring.
The Buffs joined Taylor's recruitment late, only offering him this past February. Clearly, Deion Sanders and company like their chances to make a late run, and getting him in for the coveted spring game visit is only more good news.
Sanders' program is desperate for a major recruiting win after struggling to attract an elite-level prospect in the 2026 cycle. Landing Taylor still seems like a long shot, considering the blue blood programs still in the mix, but as Buff Nation knows, when it comes to a Deion Sanders-led program: don't count him out.
