She may well be in her 70s, but Helen Zille proved that spinning the 1s and 2s was child’s play.
The former DA leader – who is the party’s Joburg mayoral candidate – appeared alongside Lady Lea at the DJ booth.
Helen donned a leather jacket, red lipstick, and a T-shirt with a slogan that read: “Greatest of All Time”.
“Fun night”, Lady Lea posted on her Instagram feed, while Zille teased that there was possibly more to come.
POLITICIANS WHO SPIN THE DECKS
Should she venture into spinning the decks, Helen Zille will join the likes of rival politician and part-time DJ, Julius Malema and Fikile Mbalula’s alter-ego, DJ Mbaweezy.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has also tried his hand at DJing, albeit jokingly.
