Baseball: Grand Canyon RHP Nicholas Robb commits to TCU

TCU baseball added more pitching depth on Wednesday, gaining a commitment from Grand Canyon junior right-handed pitcher Nicholas Robb. Robb, who started his career at UT-Arlington, where he played two seasons, had a 6-2 record and a 5.50 ERA over 16 appearances (three starts) in 2026. Robb fired 52.1 innings and struck out 45 batters while walking 17. The junior from Keller, Texas will have one year of collegiate eligibility remaining.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pounder made 19 appearances and two starts during his freshman season at UTA, recording a 3.89 ERA with 29 strikeouts over 41.2 innings pitched. As a sophomore, Robb went 4-6 with a 5.54 ERA as a weekend starter, placing second in the WAC in starts (15) and seventh in innings (79.2). During his sophomore year, Robb ranked in top 100 in the country for his 2.26 BB/9 ratio.
