Eagles-Patriots joint training camp practice dates announced
· Yahoo Sports
We’ve already known that the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots will be meeting for joint training camp practices in Foxborough, Massachusetts this summer.
Today we learned the specific dates for those two sessions with Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel revealing that his team will be scrimmaging against the Eagles on Wednesday, August 19 and Thursday, August 20 ahead of their preseason game at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, August 22.

Save for the team’s sole training camp practice open to the public at Lincoln Financial Field each year, Eagles training camp is largely closed to fans. It’s not yet explicitly confirmed if these joint training camp sessions will be open to fan access but the Pats have typically open their training camp practices to the public in the past. Such was the case when these two teams previously met for a single scrimmage in 2024. (Side note: Interesting to see the Eagles and Pats are set for two days together this time instead of just one.)
In addition to getting the rare opportunity to watch a training camp practice, Eagles fans will obviously be able to witness A.J. Brown going up against his former team. Unless the Eagles and Patriots meet in Super Bowl LXI, it’ll be the only time Brown faces the Birds this season.
Do you any have interest in going? Will you make the trek from the Philly area or do you live closer to the Pats’ practice facility? Sound off in the comments!
