However, all that changed when their women’s team bagged their first-ever trophy. In subsequent years, the franchise went on to win consecutive IPL titles in 2025 and 2026.

WPL 2024 

Under the captaincy of Smriti Mandhana, Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women won the franchise's maiden title by winning the Women's Premier League 2024. The historic win ended all the frustration of "Ee Sala Cup Namdu" among the RCB fans.

IPL 2025 

After a series of losses in the finals of 2009, 2011 and 2016, Royal Challengers Bangaluru bagged their first-ever IPL title in 2025. It was one of the longest wait for a title and it also brought a first-time IPL trophy for legendary player Virat Kohli.

WPL 2026

Royal Challengers Bangaluru women lifted their second WPL title in 2026 when they defeated Delhi Capitals in the finals. The win came after chasing down a record total to win yet another trophy for the franchise.

IPL 2026

RCB successfully retained their IPL title in 2026 when they beat Gujarat Titans in the final. It was a memorable win for both Virat Kohli, who hit an unbeaten 75 and for captain Rajat Patidar, who became one of the few captains to retain an IPL title.

This IPL title meant that Royal Challengers Bangaluru have now lifted two IPL titles overall, and the third to win it back-to-back after Chennai Super Kings (2010, 2011) and Mumbai Indians (2019, 2020).
