Things got messy in court after investigators revealed Lavie had obtained an Israeli passport on March 25 — something prosecutors said violated the terms of her bail following her arrest, per the New York Post .
Prosecutors: Lavie serious ‘flight risk’
Detectives said they had both a recording from someone at the Israeli Consulate confirming the passport was issued and GPS data from Lavie’s ankle monitor placing her at the consulate that same day.
Prosecutors argued she was now a serious “flight risk” and asked the judge to raise her bail to $1 million, while also demanding the passport be surrendered immediately.
Lavie’s lawyer pushed back, saying she only got the passport “to get married.” She had allegedly been planning to marry Cloobeck in Jerusalem on June 18.

Penalty for future violations
The judge stopped short of increasing bail, but tightened the rules around Lavie’s movements. She was ordered to stay away from airports and the Israeli Consulate and can no longer leave Los Angeles County without permission from the court.
When asked if she understood the restrictions, Lavie replied: “I understand everything you say. I will follow.”
The judge also warned her that any future violations would lead to “bail so high no one will be able to bail you out.”
Alleged sexy swindler accused of targeting rich old men
Authorities accuse Lavie of using her looks and online persona to target wealthy older men in the Los Angeles area. As previously reported by the Toronto Sun , investigators said she posed on social media as a glamorous companion before allegedly gaining access to victims’ homes and stealing cash, gold, luxury items and designer goods.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney said Lavie cultivated relationships with victims she met online, sometimes pretending to be a girlfriend or travel companion before being accused of robbing them.
She now faces six felony charges, including grand theft, identity-related offences and residential burglary. Authorities said the alleged crimes happened between 2023 and 2025.
Lavie, who has appeared in Playboy and Penthouse and claims to be Israel’s top OnlyFans model, could face up to 11 years and eight months in state prison if convicted on all counts.
