According to multiple reports, the team has reached an agreement with free-agent offensive tackle Rasheed Walker. The deal, per NFL Network national reporter Cameron Wolfe, is a one-year pact worth up to $10 million.

Walker, 26, was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He's gone on to make 48 starts over 52 career games, all of which have come on the blindside.

With Panthers starting left tackle Ikem Ekwonu recovering from a ruptured patellar tendon, Walker could now be the favorite to man the position—at least in the early goings of the upcoming campaign.

Carolina has also struck a deal this week with Stone Forsythe, who served as the starting left tackle for the Las Vegas Raiders during most of 2025.
