With John Harbaugh now installed as head coach and overseeing football operations at 1925 Giants Drive, the organization is viewed far differently than in recent years.
"We view the Giants as a soon-to-be top contender across the league," the agent told Matt Lombardo of Between The Hashmarks. "It for sure has become a more desirable destination."
The agent credits the combination of Harbaugh's proven leadership and the hiring of Dawn Aponte as Vice President of Football Operations for this transformation.
Aponte, highly respected for her extensive experience—including roles with the NFL league office and teams like the Jets, Browns, and Dolphins—is tasked with strategic planning, cap management, and building an analytics department that has already added six new analysts.
"Dawn may actually be an equally important, if not a bigger acquisition than Harbaugh," the agent said. "Her years of expertise in the front office for teams, and working for the league in their Park Avenue offices is unprecedented. At this point, the Giants have the chemistry to make a Super Bowl run every year in the not-so-distant future, at least in our opinion."
Bolstered by assets like the No. 5 pick in the 2026 NFL draft and significant future flexibility, the Giants are positioning themselves as an appealing landing spot for elite talent.
