Naturally, he wasn’t pleased with the friendly whistle received by Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai-Gilgeous Alexander in Wednesday night’s game.

“The SGA whistle is a thing,” Stiller posted on X/Twitter after the Thunder edged the Knicks 103-100 at Madison Square Garden.

Gilgeous-Alexander went for 26 points in the win -- his 124th consecutive game with 20+ points -- but appeared to get away with a charge on Jalen Brunson in the first quarter.

“What the hell?” ESPN’s Jay Williams said on “Get Up” of the play. “What the hell? What the hell? What the hell? Everybody’s saying what the hell is going on. How do you not see that this is a charge? Everybody in the building, everybody on the Knicks’ team recognizes it, but the referee doesn’t recognize it. No call. Easy bucket going down the opposite way.”

Knicks coach Mike Brown told reporters: “SGA, he’s a tough cover. He does a great job of convincing the referees - probably better than anybody in the league - that he’s getting hit.”

Despite the no-call, Brunson had the chance to tie it at the end of regulation but missed.

“I feel like I missed a lot of shots I normally make,” he told reporters. “Got to give them credit.”

As for Gilgeous-Alexander, he drew as much attention for his pre- and post-game attire, a fur coat that covered his neck and part of his face, as for his play.

Asked about the jacket, he said he was going to “gate keep” the information.

He was more expansive on the Knicks (40-23), the No. 3 seed in the East.

“Good team,” he told reporters. “Obviously, a good offense, then they have really good defenders up there as well, so they’re well-balanced. They’re obviously top of the East for a reason. They’re a good team, playoff team. Really good roster.”
