Former Vols by the numbers on Day 2 of 2026 NFL combine

The NFL scouting combine opened on Thursday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. A total of 319 prospects were invited to Indianapolis, including seven former Vols.
Former Tennessee quarterback Joey Aguilar, wide receiver Chris Brazzell II, defensive lineman Bryson Eason, defensive back Colton Hood, defensive lineman Joshua Josephs, tight end Miles Kitselman and defensive back Jermod McCoy were invited to the 2026 NFL scouting combine.

Place-kickers, defensive linemen and linebackers took part in drills on Thursday. Tight ends and defensive backs took part in on-field drills Friday, while quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs are scheduled for Saturday. Offensive linemen will conclude drills on March 1.

Miles Kitselman
Before he transferred to Tennessee in 2024, Kitselman played at Hutchinson Community College in 2021 and Alabama from 2022-2023. In 24 games at Tennessee, he totaled 48 receptions for 554 yards and six touchdowns.

Jermod McCoy
Before he transferred to Tennessee in 2024, McCoy played at Oregon State in 2023. In 13 games at Tennessee, he recorded 44 total tackles, 0.5 tackles for a loss, 13 pass breakups and four interceptions. He did not appear in any games in 2025 due to an injury he suffered in the offseason. McCoy did not participate in drills at the 2026 NFL scouting combine.

Colton Hood
Before he transferred to Tennessee in 2025, Hood played at Auburn in 2023 and Colorado in 2024. In 12 games at Tennessee, he recorded 50 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss, nine pass breakups, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
