That was part of the 124 points scored between the two teams in the game on Monday night.

At halftime, the Kings led the Grizzlies 63-61

Coming into the game, the Kings were on a 16-game losing streak. Sacramento lost on Saturday at the San Antonio Spurs for their 16th straight.

The Grizzlies also came into the game off a loss, as they were beaten in Miami by the Heat.

For Pippen, this was just the fifth game of the season. Other point guard Ja Morant has played in just 20 games, as the Grizzlies have been beaten up with injuries. Pippen scored 16 on the road at Miami for his season high, as he played 20 minutes of game action.

This is the fourth season for Pippen in the league. Last season he played 79 games, starting 21 of them. He scored 9.9 points per game and dished out 4.4 assists.

Pippen's halftime statline for this game was an odd one with two points, a rebound, six assists, five steals and four turnovers in 11 minutes of action.
