According to Spotrac, Morris is projected to earn a one-year deal worth $1.5 million.

In terms of player age, contract status, and statistical production, Eric Saubert, Josiah Deguara, and Hunter Long were used by Spotrac as comparisons to determine what Morris' deal could be.

Will the Jaguars re-sign Quintin Morris?

It feels like a given that the Jaguars will re-sign Morris -- especially if his next contract is in this ballpark.

Depth at tight end is a need this offseason -- there are only four tight ends under contract for 2026 currently -- but beyond that, Morris emerged and worked his way into the TE2 role during the second half of the season.

His primary role on offense came as a blocker, and in addition to that, Morris was a core special teams contributor for the Jaguars. He played the fourth-most snaps on the team in 2025, contributing to five of the six different phases throughout the year.
